In einer Sch\u00fcssel verr\u00fchren und ca. 5 Min. quellen lassen. Mehl und Sesam auf zwei unterschiedliche Teller geben.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">\u00a0 \u00a0Den Ofen auf 220 Grad vorheizen.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">\u00a0 Ein Tofu-St\u00fcck nach dem anderen aus der Marinade nehmen und zuerst in Mehl w\u00e4lzen, dann im Leinsamengemisch und zuletzt im Sesam.
